I’ve decided I’m gonna do the 100 Item Challenge and illustrate my progress via this ol’ thing. For those who don’t know, the idea behind the 100 Item Challenge is to only own 100 things. I used to think of myself as living pretty minimally, but after my last move, I realized I still have a lot of stuff! As I’m moving again in a few short weeks, I feel that it only makes sense. Haven’t decided the exact rules on what items count and all, but as soon as I figure it out, I’ll post it. Input is more than welcome. Check back soon to see my progress! :)

Hello good people!

It’s been awhile since I set this site up and wrote my first note, but I’m back! Since I’ve written last, I’ve completed four summer school classes, picked up three new ones, rooted for the Spanish soccer team in the World Cup finals, moved out of my apartment, played a few games of Settlers of Catan, decided on a “Heath Education for Minorities” emphasis for my Environmental Studies, debated on buying a pair of Vibram Five Fingers (they’re crazy comfortable, you should try ‘em), and baked a pie with apples from my tree.

I’m trying to survive the last three weeks of my second summer session, but in the meantime, I’m planning on working on this site and making it look beauuutiful! So come back and see my progress over the next few weeks! Hasta pronto!
